Benefit from the ideal training conditions in this wonderful place and relax after the workouts in the luxury of our 4-star partner hotel Nissi Beach Resort.

Our camps combine the warm & dry climate of the third largest Mediterranean island with optimal training conditions. Since this year we offer triathlon camps in Ayia Napa in the eastern and northern part of the island.

Thanks to its protected eastern Mediterranean location, Cyprus offers 330 sunny days a year from March Temperatures beyond 20 degrees. More and more triathletes are discovering the island as a destination for their Spring Training camp.

Coach & Guides

Our professional coaches have several years of triathlon experience with hundreds of competitions, thousands of training hours and athlete support as their main profession.

With passion, humor and many practical examples, we provide you with training basics and nutrition tips as well as interesting facts about regeneration and the mental aspects of the triathlon.

Flexible spring camp

The special thing about the camp is that everyone can come and go as they please.

During this camp period our organization and trainer is on site.

You can choose your own period. Whether you stay five days, a week or two, or the entire period is up to you.

Our goal is that everyone has fun, can enjoy great training, but can also break away from the group and explore the island on their own.

Family and friends who do not participate in the training program are also always welcome.

Good to Know

We usually train twice a day, sometimes three times a day.

We are flexible and adapt the training if necessary.

High quality and sustainability are important to us.

The performance level doesn’t matter.

There is still plenty of room for relaxation and personal development.

Training week example:

Monday: day off or recovery swim

Tuesday: basics endurance ride – basics endurance run

Wednesday: Tempo training swim / bike – run

Thursday: Strength endurance training on the mountain

Friday: Athletics & strength training & individual training and open water swimming

Saturday: Brick training / bike + run

Sunday: Long Bike Ride – Recovery Swim


To participate in the triathlon program, we charge you 175 € per week.
Entry to the swimming pool is exclusive (€ 7 per day)

We are happy to reserve your place in the training camp, take care of the hotel booking and, if you wish, we can also arrange rental bikes and airport transfers.
You only book the flight individually and depending on the desired period.
